Neurotech Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to developing innovative therapies for retinal diseases, with a particular focus on Macular Telangiectasia Type 2 (MacTel Type 2). Their lead investigational treatment, NT-501, is an encapsulated cell therapy (ECT) implant designed to deliver a sustained, long-term release of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) directly to the retina, aiming to slow the progression of vision loss in patients with MacTel.

The ask

Design a branded launch website to introduce ENCELTO to U.S. healthcare professionals (HCPs) as a first-in-class therapy for Macular Telangiectasia (MacTel). The goal was to educate retina specialists on the disease state, establish ENCELTO’s value proposition, and guide appropriate patient identification and referral.

The goal was to empower patients with clear, accessible education about the disease, raise awareness of ENCELTO as a new treatment option, and encourage informed conversations with retina specialists.

The ask

Creating a website for MacTel patients who have central vision loss. This website provides patients and caregivers with educational information and resources. Website layout and components were tested with real MacTel patients to create an experience catered to their specific needs. Our team designed to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA compliance to make this website accessible to all who visit, including those with disabilities or who rely on assistive devices.
